We are Health Unlimited, and we are looking for a Digital Associate Director to join our team based in Soho, London. The Digital Associate Director is a key role within our agency. We seek a digital expert, strong leader and team player to join our growing digital team of digital strategists, developers, project managers and designers. Reporting to the digital lead, we are looking for someone who works collaboratively while also being confident in making key strategic decisions and growing the business.

You will lead a range of accounts and projects, taking pride in gaining the trust and respect of clients, demonstrating innovation and creativity beyond client expectations, and developing exceptional digital insights, strategies, products and campaigns for healthcare clients. You are looking to develop, grow and go above and beyond on all your accounts.

This role would suit someone with very strong digital experience and knowledge within a healthcare agency environment, who is looking to step up to a role with the ability to oversee and shape an agency digital offering.

We offer hybrid working, which for us is a mix of working from home and our offices in London.

About the role...

  • Help define the vision and strategy for the digital team and the agency’s digital capability.
  • Oversee relationships with digital clients and individual projects and workstreams, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and project delivery.
  • Day-to-day lead for the digital team, guiding the delivery of work and being first port of call for queries and review of outputs.
  • Optimise processes and resource, helping ensure team is appropriately resourced and has the right balance of skills to deliver digital work.
  • Monitor digital work and billability to ensure agency is appropriately resourced for evolving client needs.
  • Identify and operationalize new digital skills and technologies to stay ahead of the curve and deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.
  • Help lead on new and organic digital business, identifying opportunities for growth and developing and executing successful proposals.
  • Effective financial planning and awareness of the implications of profitability, financial reporting and forecasting of accounts as assigned to you.
  • Confident development and presentation of new business proposals.
  • Strong leadership to engage and inspire your teams and the wider team within the consultancy.

Requirements

  • Excellent understanding, and experience, of a range of digital projects that healthcare agencies may offer to their clients- Including digital insights, strategy, UX, design, development, content and marketing.
  • Strong point of view on how agencies should be evolving to meet the needs of healthcare clients in line with new technologies and platforms.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients at senior levels.
  • Polished, persuasive, and strategic communicator – both written and verbal/presentation, with a solid understanding of the editorial skills needed for excellence in communication.
  • Good technical understanding and demonstrated ability to identify and acquire new technical skills.
  • Confident management and oversight of digital workflows.
  • Required: Experience delivering integrated communication, marketing, or advertising toolkits/campaigns at a regional or global level.
