ABOUT THE ROLE 

After a period of rapid growth, we’re looking for a skilled senior programmatic account manager to take charge of a selection of our live entertainment accounts.

This position requires advanced knowledge and experience in liaising directly with clients and managing digital strategy and campaigns across our programmatic activity, including display, video, audio & DOOH.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing innovative and target-oriented performance marketing strategies for your clients
  • Educating internal and external stakeholders (inc. clients) on the programmatic landscape, including the numerous formats & campaign types we offer at SINE
  • Leading and assisting with client relationships and communications with key stakeholders
  • Supporting your team with implementing, optimising and reporting on your programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs including DV360, Hawk, Hivestack & Amazon
  • Working closely with our Programmatic Director to ensure SINE are at the cutting edge of programmatic trends, new platform features and ad formats, and ensure a constant test and learn approach is applied across your clients
  • Collaborating with the wider paid media team to ensure that programmatic strategy is aligned with paid search & paid social activations
  • Analysing and drawing insight from third-party analytics data
  • Producing and delivering clear and concise reports and recommendations to clients
  • Administering all budget activity, including budget recommendations, invoicing and billing
  • Managing a team of account executives
  • Ensuring best practice is applied across accounts
  • Attending and leading relevant training sessions.

ABOUT YOU

As part of our dynamic, lively and fast-growing team, you’ll need to demonstrate the following:

  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising - agency experience desirable
  • Strong working experience and advanced knowledge across DV360 and CM360 experience is essential, with experience in one or more of TTD, Hawk, Amazon or Hivestack desirable
  • Proven expertise in working with programmatic partners across ad formats including HI Display, prDOOH and/or CTV
  • Adept at performance measurement and gaining key insights from in-platform reporting and other analytics platforms (e.g. GA4) to inform strategic opportunities
  • A highly strategic approach to full-funnel campaign planning and management, with a strong appreciation of the broader media mix
  • Desire to work across a broad range of live entertainment clients, from theatre shows to music festivals and immersive experiences
  • A mature approach and ability to take initiative
  • Confidence in communicating with a broad range of key stakeholders, including anticipating client needs and managing client relationships
  • Thirst for knowledge and passion for self-development, including across digital channels and platforms
  • Experience in managing a team of junior digital marketing professionals
  • Impeccable attention to detail in all areas of your work
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate complicated information in a straightforward way for our clients
  • Proven practical knowledge of Google Drive and/or Microsoft Office Applications, especially Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive when working under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Highly-developed creative problem-solving skills

LOCATION

Our stunning offices are based in the heart of Fitzrovia, a short walk from Goodge Street, Tottenham Court Road and Warren Street stations. We currently operate a hybrid working week, including Tuesday-Thursday in the office with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
