At IMD, we have several online ventures spanning multiple industries, countries, and languages, particularly France/French. You'll work alongside a Content Manager and learn more about our marketing strategy, covering PPC, Social Media, and SEO. Your overall goal will be to support, maintain and improve the content across the businesses, broken down into a few key responsibilities:

• Execute the Content Strategy - With our Content Manager, you will identify our content needs and execute the long-term strategy for content across the IMD brands.

• Work with Copywriting Team - We work with a team of copywriting freelancers, and your role will be to support the Content Manager in creating briefs in line with the strategy, briefing copywriters, and following up until the delivery of their work.

• Control the Content Process - You will oversee the process from content concept to post, perform content QA, provide feedback with any necessary edits, and publish the final copy to our websites alongside relevant images to support.

• Look for Growth Opportunities – Identify marketing opportunities across SEO, Content and Social Media and promote new types of content to increase brand awareness.

• Scale Multiple Projects – Join the effort to increase the volume and quality of content and drive the growth of Icarus projects sustainably.

Requirements

We’re looking for a few key traits/skills:

• French-native - Fluent French communication skills, specifically spelling, grammar and punctuation (ideally with a Certificat Voltaire or equivalent).

• Digital Content - Good understanding of user experience, SEO and content management governance principles.

• Identify trends - Have an understanding of what works well for our audiences, and maintain current web trends and standards.

• Organisation - Highly organised, proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail.

• Adaptable - Priorities change fast here, and you'll need to be able to react quickly to changes.

• Autonomous thinking – We’re a small company made up of entrepreneurial minds. If you have an idea, share it!

• SaaS and/or E-Commerce experience – A large proportion of our ventures are in these spaces, so experience in either of these would be ideal.

• Marketing-related or Business Degree
