Story so far

Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017,  our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

This individual will lead on conversion driving media (PPC, Social, Display) in the central global team, activating campaigns in our key global markets, whilst supporting on the overarching media strategy for the year. They will have experience building growth from digital media, making decisions based on data. You will have impeccable attention to detail allowing you to understand challenges and opportunities quickly. You’ll be a specialist in media topics and will have the confidence and assertiveness to guide and influence multiple stakeholders within the organisation. It is critical that you are an excellent and highly collaborative communicator

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy in accordance with the global marketing strategy
  • Use media to convert interest in the brand into our key conversion actions including test drives, configurations, brochure downloads, KMIs etc
  • Work with agency partners to create and manage ads across key social and digital platforms including but not limited too Facebook, Google, Linkedin and Instagram.
  • Develop timing and budget plans as well as identifying all the key milestones required from the strategic response to brief, the creative response to brief, the 360 comms plan and all key approval stages
  • Approve day to day optimisations, channel budget splits etc to ensure delivery in line with targets
  • Develop best in class reporting for the benefit of the marketing team and for reporting clear and simple performance updates to senior management
  • Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ channels and assets

 

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive media buying experience, as well as a solid understanding of the media landscape and the mechanics of how different digital media channels work together
  • Highly numerate, analytical and able to understand financial, market research and digital data
  • Experience media buying for global brands in an international context is essential
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices on targeting, creative optimisation, automation, and attribution in digital marketing channels
  • Solid skills in at least one of the global marketing platforms we use such as Google DV360, Google Ads, SA360, Facebook Ads and Google Analytics to name a few
  • Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders and multiple projects at any one time, organisational and project management experience is essential
