1Spatial is seeking a talented hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall marketing objectives of the company.

As a Digital Marketing Executive at 1Spatial, you will play a crucial role in optimising our digital marketing efforts through data-driven insights and strategic execution.  

You will be responsible for: 

  • Tracking & Analytics: Utilise tools such as Google Analytics, Pardot, and Salesforce to gather data, analyse marketing KPIs, and inform strategic decisions. Gather and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancement of digital marketing efforts.  
  • Reporting and Presentation: Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and metrics to internal stakeholders, aiding decision-making processes.  
  • Social Media & Channel Management: Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, analyse performance metrics, and optimise campaigns for engagement across platforms. Support SEO and PPC implementation along with any other digital channels that may support our overall strategy.  
  • Asset Creation and Management: Assist in creating and optimising marketing assets, including nurturing programs, emails, and website content, while ensuring adherence to best practices.  
  • System Management and Integration: Maintain and troubleshoot Salesforce and Pardot integrations, oversee mandatory automations, and ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR. 

 These tasks encompass the core responsibilities , including analytics-driven decision-making, campaign management, asset creation, system integration, and stakeholder communication. 

Requirements

Required experience and skills:

  • Hands on experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms
  • Experience with website management and content management systems (CMS)
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles
  • Proficient in using email marketing platforms (ideally Pardot) and social media management tools
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate impactful content
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
