About the role – Marketing Executive 

This position would be an ideal opportunity for anyone wishing to build on their previous marketing knowledge or experience, joining a fun, ambitious and agile growth-focused marketing team.

You will be commercially focused, and play an important role in supporting all our marketing efforts across acquisition, retention and upsell activities. From campaign execution, ABM and website to events, social and automation, you’ll aim to raise awareness amongst our target audiences and markets, and generate pipeline and revenue opportunities for our commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, engaging content in a variety of formats for various channels including email, website, blog/SEO articles, social media, press releases, and marketing collateral
  • Support in improving the lead funnel by optimising our lead scoring, nurture automation programme, data hygiene, lead processing and lead recycling
  • Help build and maintain our social media presence, briefing, creating and scheduling posts and campaigns
  • Responsible for website content posts and updates (via Hubspot CMS), regular reporting of web analytics and conducting website reviews, suggesting opportunities for improvement across SEO and CRO
  • Support the Marketing Campaign Manager in the planning and delivery of campaign activities (acquisition, upsell and customer nurture), building marketing emails and automation workflows using Hubspot
  • Engaging with our sales team, and other commercial department, to keep up to date with industry trends, and optimisation of campaigns and marketing activities 
  • Support in the delivery of ABM, working closely with the sales team to suggest, create and deliver activities and content to move Enterprise prospects through the funnel
  • Coordinate events, trade shows, webinars and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
  • Conduct research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
  • Own Feefo online reputation and community management
  • Develop monthly marketing reports, tracking key activities against metrics and KPI

Requirements

  • 2+ years marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience of working with sales and marketing CRM platforms (Hubspot preferrable) and other lead generation technologies.
  • Excellent written skills, and are able to share some examples
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (desirable, but not essential)
