Senior Digital Marketing Executive

The Role

This is a pivotal role in the global marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing, with responsibility for shaping and activating strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

·        Manage website content via WordPress, ensuring consist branding and content quality.

·        Monitor key website and campaign metrics and provide proactive recommendations for growing traffic, conversion and optimization.

·        Support sales and marketing teams with the development and management of digital campaigns using Hubspot, including developing lists, setting up emails, landing pages and forms, and using tracking links for monitoring.

·        Set up and management of nurture and automated email campaigns.

·        Create, manage and optimise PPC campaigns including LinkedIn Ads and Google search.

·        Support editors / content managers with keyword research and SEO to identify relevant keywords and suggestions for content optimization.

·        Act as brand champion to identify market trends and drive continued innovation and best practice.

·        Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead management, tracking and reporting (Salesforce).

·        Support priority marketing initiatives beyond digital as part of integrated campaigns.

Requirements

·        Strong digital marketing background and interest.

·        Experience within professional services (including market research and intelligence) or Financial Services is preferred.

·        Exceptional email marketing and marketing automation skills (HubSpot preferred) and attention to detail.

·        Experience with CRM databases – Salesforce preferred.

·        Experience of working with Google Analytics.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Confident team player, able to work well and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and gain trust of colleagues.

·        Energetic personality with a professional, can-do attitude.

·        Organised multi-tasker with excellent skills in project management and managing multiple priorities.
