Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of website data and user behavior to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital optimization strategy to enhance user experience, conversion rates, and overall website performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to find the most effective website elements, layouts, and messaging.
  • Perform regular audits of website performance, identifying and resolving any technical issues or barriers to conversion.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and website analytics to track the impact of optimization efforts and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital optimization to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement optimization strategies and ensure seamless user experience across all devices and platforms.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors and preferences.
  • Identify opportunities for personalization and segmentation to deliver personalized experiences to different user segments.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple optimization projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of results.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of optimization efforts, communicating findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital optimization, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in implementing successful optimization strategies, resulting in improved website performance and conversion rates.
  • Proficient in using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, to track and analyse website performance.
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of website optimization best practices, including SEO, UX/UI, and responsive design principles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with website development and CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable.
