ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for strategising and overseeing email marketing activity across multiple platforms to drive performance across brand and sales campaigns for a range of SINE’s key clients. 

You’ll be expected to lead the company into new email marketing and CRM platforms as the landscape continues to evolve.

With prior experience in managing large email campaigns, subscriber databases and budgets as part of cross-channel performance marketing campaigns, you will have excellent knowledge of relevant CRM platforms, be results-oriented, and be able to work proactively and efficiently to deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement end-to-end email marketing campaign strategies that maximise ROI and meet campaign objectives by driving engagement, traffic, and conversions for clients
  • Onboard and expertly use email marketing tools and platforms (such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.) to build and segment email databases, manage automations, create design templates, and analyse campaign performance
  • Experiment with structured A/B testing to constantly improve email content, subject lines, and calls to action
  • Monitor deliverability and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices, GDPR and other regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the wider performance marketing team to integrate email marketing with other digital marketing channels and leverage CRM databases for paid media audience targeting
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of email campaign performance to stakeholders
  • Provide new service and technology recommendations (including CRM and tech) to clients and internal teams in the context of new industry trends and growth opportunities

ABOUT YOU

  • 4+ years of proven experience and expertise in email marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar role
  • Experience in planning and optimising consumer journeys across email marketing platforms
  • Skilled in managing CRM partners and/or agency relationships
  • Track record of collaborating with digital marketing teams to drive performance across digital channels through effective CRM data segmentation
  • Deep knowledge of email marketing best practices, regulations and industry trends 
  • Strong technical proficiency across several email marketing platforms, e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Constant Contact, alongside a broad understanding of tracking and data
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights 
  • Outstanding copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to craft content for specific target audiences
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills, always striving to improve campaign performance and client comms quality
  • A professional curiosity and knowledge of new and emerging digital trends
  • Impeccable interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Drive Applications, especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/ Presentations
  • A creative problem solver

LOCATION

Our stunning offices are based in the heart of Fitzrovia, minutes walk from Goodge Street, Tottenham Court Road and Warren Street stations. We currently operate a hybrid working week, including Tuesday-Thursday in the office with the

option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
