Group Marketing Partnerships Manager

Contract: Full-Time

Location:  Head office (SW13 9JJ)

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office per week with potential need for travel around London for meetings, events and networking

As the Group Marketing Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and fostering strategic partnerships that enhance our brands’ value and offer exclusive benefits to our customers. Your role is crucial in expanding our market presence and customer base across our four distinctive Wedding Gift List and Baby Gift List brands.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure mutually beneficial partnerships with relevant brands and businesses.
  • Negotiate exclusive perks and discounts for our customers to enhance their experience with our brands.
  • Encourage partners to promote our services to their audience, driving cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Lead the development and execution of co-branded events, ensuring they align with our brand values and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with partners to produce co-branded editorial content and research, manage and develop PR opportunities.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of partners, tailoring strategies to align with the unique identity of each brand within the Cambium Group.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to ensure our partnership offerings remain competitive and appealing.
  • Evaluate the performance of partnership campaigns using key metrics and report on ROI to the marketing team and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and managing successful marketing partnerships including PR opportunities.
  • Have an existing network of potential partners but also strong skills in finding and developing new relationships.
  • Understanding of the wedding and baby industries and its key players would be a bonus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering results.
