Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this senior manager role is suited to an individual who is adept at creative strategic thinking and able to translate market data, consumer trends, and brand objectives into innovative creative strategies that break the mould and set our brand apart.  This individual should be able to bring creative ideas across a broad range of disciplines – the role will oversee graphic design, packaging, photography, and video. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing and motivating a creative team to deliver outstanding work across multiple projects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement an overarching creative vision that strengthens our brand identity and resonates with our audience. 
  • Translate complex product features into engaging creative assets that tell a story and captivate consumers. 
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in graphic design, photography, and video content.
  • Develop comprehensive creative strategies that align with company objectives and market trends, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with product development, and other departments to ensure creative concepts are on-brand and effectively communicate the desired message.
  • Oversee the creative production process from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and within budget. 
  • Analyse creative performance, working with the wider marketing team to integrate consumer insights and feedback to continually refine and enhance the creative output.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in building consumer brands through innovative and impactful creative. 
  • Excellent at creative ideation and concepting, with the ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to life.
  • A strong portfolio reflecting strategic and creative thinking that has driven brand growth.
  • Experience working with multiple creative disciplines.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and elevate a team's creativity.
  • Capable of managing creative production processes and timeline coordination.
