About the role
Are you a commercially-minded SEO expert looking for your next role?

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with internal and external partners, we are seeking a passionate and experienced SEO Manager to supercharge our website's organic visibility and own our global organic search strategy and delivery pipeline.

Some of what you’ll do

  • Implement and oversee our global SEO strategy to improve our organic website visibility, traffic and conversions delivering against our growth targets
  • Conduct in-depth competitor, content and keyword research to identify revenue-driving SEO campaign opportunities
  • Support our content strategy with search-demand insights and produce content briefs for our team of copywriters collaborating closely on content production
  • Identify opportunities to improve our website performance and work closely with our web developers on website changes, ensuring technical SEO best practices are implemented and maintained across the site
  • Support A/B testing and implement data-driven strategies to improve SEO performance, conversion rates and user experience
  • Develop and execute a creative link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites 
  • Be our SEO data owner. Track, analyse, and report on website traffic, keyword rankings, and SEO performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO and technology trends (eg AI tools for SEO, automation) and best practices and share them with the relevant stakeholders

Requirements

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO campaigns, significantly driving SEO performance, conversions and ROI
  • A strong understanding of E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness Trustworthiness) and its importance in SEO
  • Experience with a range of (SEO) tools (e.g. SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog SEO Spider)
  • Proficiency in technical SEO audits and implementation, ideally on WordPress
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Passion for the startup ecosystem
