We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Northern Ireland. As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the all marketing activities within the business. You will also be responsible for working closely with the Product Development Team to develop the brand, including packaging and promotional material.

Key duties and responsibilities:

•  Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals and brand positioning.
• Identify target audiences, market trends, and industry best practices to optimize marketing campaigns.
•  Manage and enhance the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, SEO optimized, product data is accurate and up to date, and provides relevant and engaging content.
•  Develop and execute social media plans across relevant platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to foster engagement and build a strong online community.
• Create and curate compelling content, including posts, articles, videos and graphics that resonate with the target audience.
•  Lead the content creation process, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and printed material to educate customers and showcase the benefits of our products.
•  Design and execute email marketing campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
•  Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance.
• Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and
•  Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
