We are Health Unlimited and we are looking for an ambitious and confident Account Executive to join our team based in Soho, London.

The Account Executive is a fundamental role within our agency. Supporting all aspects of account delivery, you will quickly become your team’s right-hand person, relishing any task – no matter how big or small. From liaison with suppliers and developing status reports through to supporting on integrated global pitches, you’ll be a self-starter who sees a bright future ahead in the agency world.

This role will be based within Rock Unlimited who are the Medical Education and Scientific Engagement specialists within Health Unlimited, combining a team of scientists proficient in delivering high quality content, training and education.

We work for pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer health companies, government agencies, medical societies and advocacy organisations.

Please note, this is a hybrid role with 1 day a week required in our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Account responsibilities

  • Attending and writing up contact reports from client meetings
  • Client liaison and building strong relationships based on high quality client service and trust
  • Project status reports and other client administration
  • Logistical support and contribution to written materials for meetings (invitations, meetings manuals, agendas etc.)
  • Understanding considerations of the ABPI code and implications to materials
  • Event organisation, including on-site support (travel involved) and expert liaison
  • Liaison with suppliers, organising printing and production of materials
  • Close collaboration with editorial, creative and digital teams to deliver on the clients’ needs
  • Scientific/medical referencing
  • Management of knowledge databases
  • Development of client proposals with support from your Account Manager/Director
  • Research for clients and new business pitches
  • Attending new business pitches when appropriate
  • Assisting account and writing team with day to day running of accounts.

Financial responsibilities

  • Ensuring accounts are profitable and over-service is kept to a minimum
  • Budget management and cost tracking
  • Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, budget tracking and reconciling by the team

Requirements

  • Motivated self-starter with initiative to identify and push forward the actions required to support the team
  • Proficient in Veeva and other pharma other approval systems
  • High attention to detail and quality control to ensure work delivered to client is at its highest standard
  • Confident and positive team player who works well under pressure and enjoys a challenge
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
