Two Circles, market-leading sports marketing agency, is looking for a Paid Search Manager to join our dynamic Growth Marketing team. You’ll help to shape the Paid Search strategy across Two Circles’ clients, with an opportunity to work across other media channels.

What you'll do:

  • Own the Paid Search strategy: Develop and implement Paid Search solutions that achieve client goals and exceed campaign objectives.
  • Craft winning campaigns: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data-driven campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Master of optimization: Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategic adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Tech guru: Stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving Paid Search landscape, exploring new technologies and platforms to stay at the forefront of the industry.
  • Build strong relationships: Cultivate trusting partnerships with clients, internal teams and our Google agency team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Passionate advocate: Be an ambassador for Paid Search within Two Circles, educating colleagues and sharing your expertise.
  • Share your knowledge: Help the wider team strengthen their Paid Search skills with training sessions.
  • Broaden your skillset: Increase your Paid Media skills by learning how to manage & implement new media channels, contribute to new business & become a line manager.

 

 

Requirements

  • An advertising professional with 2+ years of experience within Paid Search and campaign management.
  • Proven track record of success in delivering ROI-driven campaigns for diverse clients.
  • Expert in Search platforms, technologies, and optimization strategies. Including: Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Campaign Manager.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, captivating audiences with insights and recommendations.
  • Data-driven approach, analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Passionate about Paid Search and the power of data to drive marketing success.
  • A strategic thinker with a can-do attitude and a thirst for innovation.
