As the Director of Sales and Marketing at Intelligent Change, you'll be driving both our sales and marketing growth, playing a pivotal role in shaping our brand's global presence. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing innovative strategies to optimize sales performance, overseeing the daily management of sales operations, overseeing our product portfolio and product lifecycle management, driving our Go To Market planning, and owning our holistic marketing strategy across both digital and traditional channels. 

With a keen focus on budget management, forecasting, and performance analysis, you'll drive measurable results and contribute to our mission of making a positive impact in the wellness industry. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive sales strategies aligned with Intelligent Change's mission and growth objectives. Identify new sales opportunities, target markets, and channels to drive revenue generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Marketing Strategy Alignment: Ensure seamless alignment between sales and marketing strategies to maximize synergy and drive holistic business growth. 
  • Sales Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales team performance. 
  • Revenue Growth Initiatives: Spearhead revenue growth initiatives by identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities. Drive sales expansion through strategic partnerships, product diversification, and market penetration efforts.
  • Marketing Campaign Leadership: Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and promote products and services. 
  • Budget Management: Take ownership of sales and marketing budget allocation, forecasting, and resource optimization. Balance short-term revenue objectives with long-term strategic goals to maximize return on investment and drive sustainable growth.
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with Intelligent Change's mission and global growth objectives
  • Paid Marketing Function: Oversee the execution of paid marketing functions, including campaign planning, implementation, and optimization. Leverage your expertise in premium lifestyle brands to create impactful and innovative paid marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Channel Management: Manage daily operations across digital marketing channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Sponsorship and Influencer Marketing: Develop and implement effective sponsorship and influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, reach new audiences, and drive engagement. 
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives. 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles leading high-performing sales and marketing teams. 
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets across diverse markets and channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies (including search engine marketing, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing. 
  • Prior experience in leveraging digital channels to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. 
  • Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals, optimising sales and marketing spend to achieve optimal return on investment.
  • Prior experience in consumer brand marketing, preferably in the premium lifestyle or wellness industry. Understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and the ability to create marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.
