What’s the role?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior CRM Executive to join our newly formed CRM team at (url removed). 

This position is perfect for candidates with hands-on email and CRM marketing experience. We’re looking for someone who wants to take their career up a level with more responsibility, and project ownership and who is looking to challenge themselves driving a brand new platform. This role is ideal for someone who wants to put their stamp on Financial Services CRM strategy and directly influence growth and scale.

Day to day, you’ll be working in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment. You’ll be:

  • Developing and implementing automated customer journeys
  • Deploying tactical campaigns
  • Working with a broad range of stakeholders inside and outside the team

You’ll also be independently coming up with new creative ways to:

  • Improve performance
  • Accelerate the growth of Financial Service audiences across all RVU brands

What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential:

  • Ability to create automated multi-channel user journeys and complex workflows in a Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) to support objectives of improving engagement and conversion
  • Knowledge of automated lifecycle programs, dynamic content, testing methodologies and inbox placement
  • Solid understanding of data management, analysis and reporting such as Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation and building to scale and improve targeting
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the business areas and the wider business to deliver timely and effective campaigns
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with proven ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent by experience of at least 1-2 years in an email / CRM marketing role

Desirable: 

  • Experience using Braze 
  • Experience building SMS, push notifications and in-app campaigns
  • Basic email HTML coding experience
  • Experience working within the Financial Services market
  • Experience working with retention and loyalty programmes
