About the opportunity:

We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, a dynamic and fast-growing organisation specialising in energy and sustainability technology.

We are presenting an exciting opportunity for an innovative Marketing Executive to join the marketing team in Guildford.

The successful Marketing Executive will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, produce engaging content, and analyse data.

You will ensure the CRM system (HubSpot) is maintained and updated, attain KPI’s and support with website traffic analysis and reporting. You will create and oversee pay per clicks ad campaigns, update the company website, and provide general support to the marketing team.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, experience of creative content writing, excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience within a marketing role, ideally digital.
  • An understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience of using HubSpot is desirable.
  • Skilled and experienced in creative content writing.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Good knowledge of web analytics tools.
  • Experience with B2B social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinker.
  • Adaptable to an ever-changing sector.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
