Role

As the Paid Media Manager at Spabreaks.com, your core responsibility will be to drive targeted traffic and maximise revenue through strategic paid media campaigns. Leveraging platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and Meta Ads. Working alongside our Paid Media Exec, you'll develop and execute campaigns aligned with business objectives, with a keen focus on optimising return on ad spend (ROAS) while managing budgets effectively to meet sales and margin targets.

This role will involve continuous monitoring and analysis of campaign performance metrics, allowing you to refine targeting, adjust bidding strategies and optimise ad creative to drive maximum impact. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including our wider marketing and product teams, will be essential to ensure alignment of paid media initiatives with overall business goals. Overall, as the Paid Media Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility through strategic paid media initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to achieve measurable results.

Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for cross channel Paid Media strategies for our core Paid Media Channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads) to drive business KPI’s. Defending spaces in which we are the market leader whilst looking for incremental growth.
  • Utilise data from GA4, Tableau and in channel reporting to drive forward growth, optimisation and recommendations to improve the individual and cross channel performance.
  • Work towards a set marketing budget & targets whilst anticipating and reacting to market challenges and opportunities.
  • Present campaign performance to internal stakeholders and share clear insights, learnings and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders within our marketing team and the wider business. Including close collaboration with our product team.
  • Assist the Head of Digital on wider digital, tech and marketing functions as required,
  • Develop and manage channel roadmap for testing with defined success metrics and clearly outlined testing hypotheses.
  • Forecasting future channel performance.
  • Ensuring alignment of our digital marketing channels and our overall marketing and campaign strategy.
  • Briefing our design team in the creation of assets to support Paid Media channels, including YouTube ads as well as feeding back results of what elements worked/didn’t work.

Skills
  • Proficient in managing multiple Google Ads accounts across all channels, including Search, YouTube,Shopping, and Display.
  • Extensive experience with Bing Ads and Meta Ads, demonstrating proficiency in optimising campaigns across different platforms.
  • A strong understanding of how different paid media channels influence one another, across various stages of the marketing funnel, with the ability to develop integrated strategies for maximum impact.
  • Proficient in utilising GA4 to report on campaign performance, with the ability to extract actionable insights from analytics data.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects according to a roadmap, effectively managing timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful project completion.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments within the organisation.
  • Proactive approach to reviewing data to identify risks and opportunities, demonstrating a keen analytical mindset.
  • Willingness and ability to support the development of junior team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for skill enhancement.
  • Dynamic and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of supporting the department head in the implementation of strategies aimed at driving growth towards the business KPIs.
