We are looking for a talented, passionate, and results-driven (Organic) Social Media and Influencer Executive to support our brand growth. You’ll be responsible for delivering a dynamic influencer and social strategy and driving engagement and brand awareness through thoughtful campaigns. 

Based in London and reporting to the Head of Brand, you will execute our creative social media strategy across our platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, iterating on our past learnings. Working closely with our creative team, you’ll be responsible for all our creative social briefs and even take part in creating some native content too. Alongside this, you’ll be executing our influencer campaigns, building key relationships with on-brand talent, sharing contracts and organising product seeding for our community of influencers and content creators. 

The successful candidate will have 2 years in a similar role and a proven track record in community building and executing influencer campaigns. They will be passionate about content creation and a creative thinker who can analyse results against channel KPIs. 

What will you do:

  • As a social media native, you’ll be passionate about building a creative social media calendar for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest based on our strategy and aligned with key brand moments that will increase our brand reach and positive sentiment through fun, engaging and culturally relevant content. 
  • You’ll work closely with the creative teams to ensure we have all the content we need for our channels – whether that’s through briefed imagery, commission content creation from creators or getting the job done yourself with the ability to create low-fi content. 
  • Execute the paid and gifted, end-to-end influencer campaigns, including framing the campaign strategy and curating talent lists, negotiating rates, managing contract development, influencer relations and measurement. 
  • Devise and execute social responses and briefs from wider marketing strategies, working closely with other teams to ensure synergy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Work with the Performance team to support branded content programs, with a focus on driving conversion. 
  • Monitoring competitor activity.
  • Collaborate and work closely with other members of the brand team to ensure that activities are fully executed and aligned with brand objectives.
  • Work with the Creative team and directly with external content creators to develop and deliver highly innovative, native content for all social channels.
  • Recommend talent for social content and brand campaigns to be executed in partnership with influencers.
  • Reviewing content submitted by creators and sharing feedback to deliver execution aligned with our goals.
  • Carry out and communicate to key internal stakeholders ongoing social media & influencer performance reviews and results. 
  • Advise and educate on new relevant developments in the space, championing innovation to ensure Papier has an industry-leading online presence with a highly engaged audience

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience in growing and managing social brand channels, community building and content creation, ideally within businesses that have experienced rapid growth and driven real consumer behaviour change.
  • Experiences managing influencer programs and/or talent relations with a proven track record of building influencer campaigns across different tiers that bring brands into culturally relevant spaces
  • A high degree of personal and professional familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest—experience creating content for your own social media channels would be a plus. 
  • Strong editorial sensibilities, from setting tone to having great taste when it comes to ensuring content is on-tone, on-brand and strategy
  • Creative thinker who takes initiative & thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with influencer, social media management and analytics platforms
  • Analytical and able to both learn from and utilise data to build strategy and tell stories
  • Passionate about all things Internet culture.
  • A positive attitude, a self-starter & ability to use initiative to solve problems
  • Ability to interpret, prioritise and deliver actions with sharp attention to detail.
