Responsibilities: 

As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies across various platforms. With a primary focus on paid social, paid ads, SEO, and Ecommerce, you will play a pivotal role in driving traffic, engagement, and revenue growth. 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales revenue. 
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI and reach target audience segments. 
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and display networks. 
  • Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance overall online visibility. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and Ecommerce strategies. 
  • Line manage, coach and develop the Digital Marketing, CRM and Ecommerce team. 
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign performance. 
  • Manage relationship with external agency on development of various strategic plans and execution  
  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting across our websites working closely with tech and sales to implement changes. 
  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve conversion rate across sites. 
  • Present and contribute in Senior Management meetings in order to improve the overall business strategy.  
  • Monitor and analyse Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, Exit Rates, Traffic and create action plans in order to enhance and maximise performance. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, continually seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement. 

About you: 

  • A minimum of 5 years’ specialising in paid search, CRM and ecommerce, including leading a team. 
  • Strategic experience developing ecommerce activities. 
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc. 
  • Well versed in most major ecommerce platforms (Woo Commerce a plus), online tools and back-end systems. 
  • Data driven and extremely analytical. 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced working environment. 
  • Ambitious and keen to develop within the team and within a company experiencing a strong period of growth. 
  • Previous aesthetics/beauty experience would be preferred, but not essential.
