The Role

Kinetic Investments is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join one of our new ventures - ImpactAI. We are a fast growing technology business which is harnessing the power of AI to solve the everyday needs of the person-in-the-street. Our apps guide and inspire a global community of users to explore and use AI.

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing customer acquisition campaigns for our mobile apps, using the full range of digital marketing channels. They will manage a range of agency resources to deliver campaign performance as we launch in new markets and grow our user base. The role will have direct responsibility for social media (organic and paid), and our ideal candidate will have direct experience of leveraging social media to drive customer acquisition.

Responsibilities include:

  • Campaign planning.
  • Own the user acquisition KPI.
  • Social media marketing (Organic and Paid).
  • PPC / Performance Marketing
  • Digital display (particularly mobile).
  • Website content management and SEO.
  • Analytics, tracking and data reporting.
  • Agency management.
  • Email marketing and CRM.
  • Creative development, including design and video production.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience within a B2C marketing team, with a solid understanding of marketing principles.
  • Deep understanding and up-to-date knowledge of social media best practices (both paid and organic).
  • Solid experience of project managing performance marketing campaigns, collaborating with marketing agencies and contractors.
  • Used to working with data to plan, report and optimise campaign performance.
  • Experience of mobile marketing channels, particularly for mobile apps would be an advantage.
  • Experience of launching digital products or services into global markets would be valuable.
