We are Health Unlimited, and we are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our team based in Soho, London. The Digital Account Manager is a key role within our agency. We seek a capable team player to join our growing digital team of strategists, developers, project managers and designers.

Working alongside the digital project manager, and reporting to the Digital Associate Director, you will support the delivery of a range of accounts and projects for healthcare clients including digital insight, strategy, development and marketing work. You are looking to develop, grow and go above and beyond on all your accounts.

You will work well within multi-disciplinary teams so that the work we deliver is best in class. You will develop strong relationships with our medical education, design, communications and brand colleagues, providing advice and consultancy on their projects as well as leading on digitally-owned projects.

This role would suit someone with good digital experience and knowledge within a healthcare environment, who is looking to take on a role that allows them to focus in this area and work on a wide variety of digital projects.

About the role...

  • Act as main point of contact for clients, including responding promptly to client requests via email.
  • Scoping and preparation of budgets for new projects, as well as other financial documents such as project reconciliations.
  • Financial management of digital team projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget and that any deviations from scope are flagged to clients and team leadership.
  • Guide the delivery of digital work on your accounts; where possible resolve queries or elevate them to other members of the team.
  • Ensure all outputs and work is of the highest standard and meets the client brief.
  • Advise on processes and resource around digital work, helping ensure projects are delivered in the most efficient way
  • Support other team members to be as productive as possible by resolving issues, protecting time, prioritising work and avoiding scope drift.
  • Stay up to date with new digital technologies and platforms, in order to support clients and non-digital colleagues with agency work.
  • Contribute to new and organic digital business, helping to identify opportunities for growth and developing and executing successful proposals.

Requirements

  • Good understanding, and ideally experience of, a range of digital projects that healthcare agencies may offer to their clients- may include digital insights, strategy, UX, design, development, content and marketing
  • Understanding of how agencies are evolving to meet the needs of healthcare clients in line with new technologies and platforms
  • Ability to build good relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal/presentation, with a solid understanding of the editorial skills needed for excellence in communication.
  • Good technical understanding and demonstrated ability to identify and acquire new technical skills.
  • Confident management and oversight of digital workflows.
  • Required: Experience delivering integrated communication, marketing, or advertising toolkits/campaigns at a regional or global level.
