What you'll be doing: 🗓

FunnelFuel is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to be the 3rd person of a small but mighty Marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketing strategies that showcase the value of our products to our target audience. 

This opportunity is for someone who is excited about putting the foundations down for our marketing department, driving best practice and help scale the company to its next phase of growth

The ideal person would have 5+ years in marketing and a deep understanding of B2B marketing, and a passion for driving business impact and ideally already have a personal brand and presence amongst your industry peers as key influencers for FunnelFuel moving forwards. 

We are a growing voice in a crowded industry in an area that is little understood,  much less optimised effectively but increasingly going to have a significant impact (positive and negative) on key constituents in the industry ( B2B Client side advertisers,  Agencies  and publishers).  

As such we’re looking for someone with proven capability across the marketing mix delivering effective awareness comprehension and demand in the B2B industry but equally is comfortable with the realities of a small company who are determined we can be at the forefront of disruptive,  positive change for all to benefit from. 

The status quo should not suffice the modern B2B marketer and we’re here to catalyse the necessary industry pivot to capitalise on a new potential in digital marketing. 

A lot of what we’re doing has never been done before, so we’ve no legacy to hold us back - only our ability to fulfil the potential ahead of us. 

  • You will be accountable for the marketing strategy, campaign ideation and delivery, GTM messaging, public relations, social media and live in-market testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute go-to-market plans 
  • Setting, influencing and executing the marketing plan with the purpose to drive, progress and convert pipeline, strengthen brand awareness and to attract and engage our target audience
  • Being the POC for all things marketing for the sales and programmatic teams
  • Identifying and targeting key influencers and target audiences with appropriate marketing vehicles complimenting our own delivery capabilities. 
  • Accountable for the pipeline generation number towards target, and accordingly team up with sales.
  • Hands on and accountable for marketing planning
  • Clear communication around follow up and measurements of programs & investments
  • Align and communicate plans and successes to key business stakeholders
  • Proactively identify growth hacks and opportunities to secure an advantage, positioning FunnelFuel as a continuous market leader.
  • Identify and leverage customer success stories to build trust and credibility in the market.
  • Help take FunnelFuel to a leader in the programmatic / ad tech space
  • Reporting to CMO and Head of Client Success  Paul Collier 

What you'll need:  🧰

  • 4 years of marketing experience in a B2B software environment.
  • 5+ years of experience across marketing 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and reported into senior leadership
  • Proficient in campaign ideation and delivery
  • Broad understanding of public relations 
  • Multichannel marketing experience
  • Creative, personable and a team player 
  • Ideally Involved in startup /scale-ups
  • Previous experience of adtech marketing would be advantageous

Nice to haves: 🧁

  • Demonstrating understanding and practical use or learning of AI tools in the marketing function. 
  • Knowledge of Hubspot
  • Webinar software is a plus

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
