IMD has several online ventures spanning multiple industries, countries and languages, particularly France/French. As the SEO Manager, you'll work alongside our Head of SEO and Content Managers to:

• Oversee Performance - Monitor and analyse overall site performance including rankings and conversion
  
  
• Execute the SEO Strategy - Implement and deliver SEO tasks.
  
  
• Research Keywords - Conduct detailed keyword research to find the most relevant and effective terms/phrases with the highest ROI
  
  
• Conduct Competitor Analysis - Analyse high-performing competitor domains to provide insight and opportunities for future growth
  
  
• Analyse Backlinks - Compile backlink analysis to assist the SEO team with outreach opportunities
  
  
• Stay up-to-date - Keeping abreast of SEO industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• SEO Experience - experience managing international SEO projects and achieving results from within an agency or digital-first business
  
  
• Organisation - you are a highly organised, proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise.
  
  
• Google Tools - experience using Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  
  
• Other SEO Tools - proficiency with other SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Majestic, OnCrawl, Botify, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, Seobserver etc.
  
  
• French - a large number of our ventures focus primarily on the French market
  
  
• Autonomous thinking – we’re a small company made up of entrepreneurial minds. If you have an idea, try it! We’d hope you can bring insightful business suggestions using data that we can experiment with
