Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Executive to sit at the heart of our product and marketing teams in Experian Consumer Services.

What you’ll contribute to:
Proposition & positioning development
Support the development of target customer segment and value propositions
Help translate product features into clear, benefit-led messaging guides
Assist in refining how new products fit within the wider product and brand ecosystem
Own the claims building and testing process end-to-end
Customer insight & understanding
Build a strong understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and motivations
Help synthesise insights into clear, actionable outputs for product and marketing teams. Share customer insight and competitive intelligence across the organisation to improve decision-making
Go-to-market execution
Support the delivery of go-to-market plans for new features, products, and updates
Help ensure messaging is clear and consistent across the customer journey
Contribute to launch activities, campaign briefs, and internal alignment. Track performance and support optimisation based on data and feedback
Storytelling & narrative
Develop clear, engaging narratives that bring product value to life for customers
Write and refine messaging for different audiences and channels
Help simplify complex ideas into accessible, compelling communication
AI & ways of working
Use AI tools to support research, and Go-to-market efficiency
Experiment with new tools and approaches to improve speed and quality of output. Contribute to evolving how product marketing uses AI across the team
