Job Description

The Global Campaigns Marketing Manager role requires someone who is not afraid to think differently, transforming the way we package and execute product and solution led campaigns and demand generation. The role will be responsible for  delivering solution led and competitive displacement campaigns. You will work closely with product marketing and pre sales teams. You will also transform the way we deliver the campaigns via the Business Development, Sales and Field Marketing teams and the way we report and assess performance.  

The candidate will manage the creation of global product and displacement campaigns and direct how these will be executed both centrally and via the regional field teams. Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Connect with relevant experts in sales, pre-sales and product marketing teams to understand the challenges, solutions and examples use cases to feature in campaigns and develop the proposition and messaging for solution led campaigns
  • Manage the creation of solution and displacement campaigns to acquire net new enterprise and strategic customers.
  • Manage the production of campaign content in conjunction with the product marketing team and using agency and internal resources where required - including digital assets, advertising, direct mail, digital content, webinars, video and social media messaging - that supports regional customer acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Working with our competitive intelligence team to form a centre of excellence for competitive displacement campaigns – from content creation to execution strategy.
  • Working with the Business Development and Sales teams to build a strategy for effective execution of displacement campaigns.
  • Working with the field marketing teams and central digital resources to manage the execution of solution led campaigns.
  • Develop innovative approaches that reach net new accounts and build relationships.
  • Develop innovative content and messaging.
  • Analyze, monitor, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness. Share a performance dashboard with stakeholders, supporting the optimization and fine tuning of campaigns.
  • Advising regional marketing and sales teams, partnering with them to deliver a differentiated market position for IFS that meets our growth and revenue targets.
