Job Description

You’ll be working closely with inhouse and some external teams to deliver these initiatives but also have the ability and attitude to take on the delivery of some of these yourself where appropriate. We are looking for someone with a flair for marketing and creativity but in the detail around data, analytics and tracking.

Working to a set of agreed KPIs across standard metrics such as CPA, LTV, CR, ROAS. Across core marketing channels; Reach print and digital, Meta, Google, Tiktok, Social, influencers, email & SMS. Accountability for the monthly marketing budget, ensuring it’s spent effectively for maximum ROI.

  • Ambassador of the Yimbly brand, ensuring it is correctly represented across all channels
  • Ownership of the overarching Strategic Marketing and Promotions Calendar and how this is represented across all marketing channels.
  • Accountable for the marketing budget, ensuring it’s spent wisely & in areas it will deliver the monthly/annual targets
  • Shared Ownership of the Strategic Marketing and Promotions Calendar, ensuring we have clear line of sight on what marketing activities are happening & when
  • Accountable for briefing design teams to ensure all marketing assets are available in advance of activities/activation. I.e. print, digital, Meta, email, website
  •  Responsible for expanding our Influencer activity alongside the creation & rollout of its strategy
  • Accountable for expanding our organic social activity alongside the creation & rollout of its strategy
  • Ownership of our CRM strategy ensuring timely, informative & valued communication at every touchpoint
  •  Responsible for clearly articulating our marketing plans and results to key stakeholders
