Marketplace is hiring! We are searching for a Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping ourselves as a tech leader in the US market. Reporting into the UK-based Product Director, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to drive product discovery, development, and delivery. Responsibilities: 

• Lead the process of identifying opportunities and defining new product initiatives. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, understand industry trends, and work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritise and validate product ideas.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to create and maintain a detailed product roadmap. Ensure that the roadmap aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
• Advocate for a user-centric design and development process. Continuously gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate on product features to improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with commercial, strategy, technology, and other teams to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the impact of product initiatives. Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of consumer-facing product management experience, preferably in software or technology services preferred
• Past working experience with a strong understanding of web fundamentals and the ability to work directly with engineering
• Strong business and marketing acumen
• Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly explain a technical solution to stakeholders
