We are seeking a dynamic and creative BG & Marketing Executive with a strong background in graphics to help establish and promote our new brand, Turner & Townsend alinea (TTa). This individual will join a small, yet expanding team that supports a cost consultancy group working on prestigious projects in London. This is a pivotal moment for TTa following a recent merger last year, providing an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to play a key role in shaping the brand's identity.

Responsibilities for this role include developing and designing various marketing materials such as capability statements, reports, invitations, and other promotional collateral. The position also involves contributing to a range of marketing activities, including communications and event management, providing the opportunity for diverse and stimulating work.

This varied and challenging role offers room for professional growth and development within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Duties 

Support in creative design and development of marketing and BG collateral. 

Marketing & BG Documents

Design & creation of marketing collateral and documentation.

  • Creating and preparing marketing and BG documents predominantly using InDesign (capability statements, proposals, bids, reports, placemats, PPT presentations, etc.)
  • Creating and maintaining a suit of templates adhering to brand guidelines, but with scope for design interpretation
  • Maintaining the graphics library
  • Designing icons/graphics for reports and presentations
  • Maintaining/advancing our image library, ensuring copyright compliance  
  • Creating / updating case studies  
  • Creating / updating CVs 
  • Keeping collateral library up to date   
  • Maintaining ‘our business’ documents  
  • General day to day marketing and BG graphics support.

Marketing and BG Support

General day to day marketing, BG and office support.

  • Design & creation of marketing collateral and documentation  
  • Internal and external events support
  • Awards preparation & submissions
  • Branded merchandise
  • HTML emails (via HubSpot) for invitations, report launches etc.
  • Keeping log of events / milestones throughout the year 
  • Support in updating the UK BG calendar
  • Support in updating the company website  
  • Support with creating and delivering social media campaigns  
  • Support with collating and sending internal weekly news summary
  • Article, adverts and media design
  • Collecting client references and feedback.

General Marketing Admin

  • Word processing – invoices, letters, minutes etc. 
  • Photocopying, filling and scanning   
  • Branding non-brand compliant documents
  • Document binding  
  • Business cards.

Key Skills:

Required  

  • Adobe InDesign (Intermediate - Expert)  
  • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (Intermediate - Expert)  
  • Microsoft Office incl. Word, PowerPoint & Excel (Intermediate – Expert)  
  • Microsoft Outlook (Intermediate - Expert)  
  • Great attention to detail and proofing skills.

Desired  

  • WordPress experience 
  • HubSpot experience
