Working in the Epsilon new business team you will have an enviable array of cutting edge digital solutions with which to win clients, powered by the leading digital Identifier Epsilon COREID.  You’ll be working to solve a range of client challenges dependant on each of their digital and data maturities.

To do this we are looking for you to be a highly experienced Enterprise Sales Director who is able to balance problem solving and creative solutioning with a tenacious and inquisitive selling style.

You will be selling across our Digital Media, Clean Room/CDP, Retail Media & Loyalty solutions with a focus on either Tier One accounts across a range of verticals or Entertainment & Gaming.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver annual revenue numbers based on closing new contracts for Epsilon with direct clients outside of Publicis Groupe.
  • Develop and execute strategies to establish and nurture relationships in against Key target accounts
  • Collaborate with Data, Product, Account Management and other teams to help deliver new accounts, thought leadership & product development.
  • Maintain an understanding of our products and services and be able to effectively communicate their value proposition and landscapes to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Key attributes are:

  • Proven track record in delivering a range of digital and marketing solutions to Tier One businesses
  • Knowledge of ecommerce landscape, and entertainment or Enterprise clients
  • Knowledge of both ad and mar-tech landscapes, as well as the challenges with digital media specifically
  • Curious to learn and challenge yourself and obsessively focused on personal development
  • Highly driven, motivated, and ambitious self-starter
  • Effective communication across multiple levels of an organization
  • Multi-disciplined marketer who is versed across channels
  • Strong understanding of selling multi-stakeholder deals

We need you to have

  • Excelled in a target driven sales position
  • 7+ years of digital sales and marketing business experience
  • Min 3 years of Adtech/Martech experience required
  • Experience working with product development and marketing teams
  • Ability to assess client objectives and formulate communications strategy across integrated digital channels
  • Proven record in selling digital and martech solutions into Enterprise level businesses
  • Works well in a team/highly collaborative environment
