We are currently seeking a talented and experienced CRM Marketing Executive to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving our email and digital marketing strategies, managing email campaigns and automation, data capture, and ensuring the overall success of our marketing campaigns.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Utilising HubSpot to segment audiences, create and manage marketing campaigns, and nurture leads through the sales funnel. 
  • Developing and implementing A/B testing for email campaigns to optimise engagement and conversion rates. 
  • Creating workflow automation within HubSpot to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency. 
  • Monitoring and analysing email campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and refine targeting strategies. 
  • Measuring and reporting on the success of email campaigns, using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. 
  • Keeping up-to-date on CRM and email marketing trends and best practices. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B inbound marketing experience, ideally with a focus on CRM and email marketing automation.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of CRM platforms, email marketing, and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software, with experience in creating and managing email campaigns and workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
