Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Content Marketing you will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of content strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, while leading a team to create high-quality, compelling content across various channels. 

This role requires a seasoned leader with strong management skills. You will be passionate about developing your team, empowering creativity, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Team leadership: Manage and lead a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality content production. Help with project prioritization using organizational and team goals for guidance, as well as explore ways to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of team contribution and output as it relates to those goals. 
  • Content strategy development: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audiences.
  • Content planning: Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content across multiple channels, including website, social media, email, and more.
  • Brand standards: Ensure consistency in, language, tone, and messaging to maintain a cohesive brand voice across all communication channels.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Lead the relationship  to align to and collaborate with other departments, including global campaigns, digital, design, and product teams, to gather insights and align content with broader organisational goals.
  • Web content: Plan and develop optimised and accessible content for our website.
  • Performance monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the performance of content initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Content creation: Write and edit compelling creative content for all campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and leads.
  • Best Practice: Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously improve copywriting skills and contribute innovative ideas.
